Start by drawing small dots along the lash line and then connect them to create a precise line. Alternatively, draw the first half of the line from the center of the eyelid outward, then complete the rest from the inner corner to the center. For a perfect wing, especially if you're a beginner, you can apply a small piece of adhesive tape at the outer corner of the eye. Draw the eyeliner and then remove the tape. For an even more defined look, use a cotton swab with makeup remover to fix any smudges.
