Apply the Flash Up highlighter after foundation and before powder. Avoid applying cream products over powder, as this may create an unnatural effect. Remove excess product from the applicator and apply one or two dots of liquid highlighter to the areas to be emphasized, such as cheekbones and bridge of the nose. To blend, use your ring finger or a brush and gently dab along the edges of the product until any sharp lines are removed, resulting in a bright, even complexion.
